When will I receive a refund?

You are entitled to a refund if:

  • your return meets our return conditions;
  • your order was received defective or damaged;
  • your order was delivered incorrectly;
  • we are unable to deliver your order.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund as quickly as possible.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Legally, this will happen within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification at the latest.
  • In many cases, you will receive the amount sooner.
  • Processing time varies by bank or payment provider.
  • PayPal refunds are often visible almost instantly.
  • Credit card companies may take a few business days.
  • Any shipping costs will only be refunded when legally required or when we have made an error.
