On this page, you will find all information regarding orders, processing times, shipping, and delivery. This way, you'll know exactly when your order will be processed, shipped, and when you can expect it.
General
After placing an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with any tracking information.
Always carefully check your order details before completing your order. Niox Care is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrectly entered address details.
Orders are processed on weekdays.
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.
If a product is temporarily unavailable or experiences an unexpected delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We currently deliver to:
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
If we ship to additional countries in the future, they will be added to this page.
Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you finalize your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a certain order value. Any terms and conditions will then be clearly stated.
The estimated delivery time is displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may depend on:
- Product availability
- Shipping carriers
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- International logistics delays
No rights can be derived from stated delivery times.
If an order consists of multiple products, products may be delivered separately.
There are no additional shipping costs for the customer unless stated otherwise in advance.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If a package arrives damaged or if a product is missing, we kindly request you to report this to our customer service as soon as possible.
We may request additional information or photos to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
