Answers to your questions
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Please notify us of your return within this period. From the moment you notify us of your cancellation, you then have a maximum of 14 days to return the product.
Requesting a return is easy. Find your order in our returns portal, follow the steps, and submit your return request. Once we have received your request, we will keep you informed of the further processing via email.
A return must, as far as reasonably possible:
- be complete;
- be clean and undamaged;
- contain all included parts;
- be returned in its original packaging.
You may only use or inspect a product as you would in a physical store. For more extensive use, we may charge for any reduction in value.
Returns are not possible for:
- personalised or custom-made products;
- products sealed for hygiene or health protection, where the seal has been broken after delivery;
- opened care products;
- products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
These exceptions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
The direct costs of returning are for the customer.
Is the product damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered? Then we will cover the return costs. The costs for a regular return when exercising the right of withdrawal may be charged to the customer, provided this has been clearly stated in advance.
Following a valid cancellation, we will refund the purchase amount and, if the entire order is returned, the standard delivery costs.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that they have been returned. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible via hoi@nioxcare.nl.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a brief description of the problem;
- clear photos or videos.
If the problem is legitimate, we will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair or refund. Consumers are entitled to a sound product.
As long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it free of charge.
Has the order already been processed or shipped? Then you can make use of the legal right of withdrawal after receipt.
