All products are covered by the statutory warranty.
This means that a product must meet what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from it. If a problem arises that was not caused by normal use, we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Contact us if a product:
- is defective upon receipt;
- does not function properly under normal use;
- differs from the product description.
If possible, add photos or videos so we can help you faster.
The statutory warranty does not apply in cases of:
